Job summary

FalCom is seeking an Audio & Software Manager in its R&D team to lead the Audio & Software group and raise development capability across the organization. You will combine people management with technical ownership to deliver reliable audio and software solutions for demanding environments.

You will collaborate with Systems, Verification and Hardware teams to enable smooth integration and ensure progress visibility, risk awareness and quality focus. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with audio and software development for complex technical products.
• Technical understanding of embedded software and its interaction with hardware.
• Experience with software architecture, development practices and relevant tools.
• Experience managing and developing people, as well as technical capabilities.
• Structured and analytical approach and can create clear direction in complex development environments.
• Proficient in English, verbally and in writing.

In the role of Audio & Software Manager in the FalCom R&D team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will combine people management with technical ownership, ensuring the development of reliable audio and software solutions for demanding communication environments.

The Team you will be part of:

You will join FalCom R&D, where we develop advanced communication solutions for demanding environments. Our multidisciplinary solutions integrate with customers’ communication systems and are developed in close collaboration across engineering disciplines.

The Audio & Software team contributes across development projects, creating robust and reliable audio and software as part of the complete solution. We value technical expertise, collaboration and ownership. We communicate openly, address risks early and work together to deliver on our commitments.
