Job summary

Flying Tiger Copenhagen is seeking an Assortment Student Assistant for our eCommerce team in Copenhagen. You will help ensure products are shown online in 18 languages, collaborating across departments to merchandise, create collections and update the frontpage.

The role is based at our Head Office in central Copenhagen and offers hands-on experience within a global retailer and a fast-growing eCom business, developing skills in data handling, translations and content that drives KPIs.

Qualifications

• Not required to know technical systems, but familiarity with Shopify/LangShop/Bloomreach is a plus
• Proficient in Excel
• Desire to blend data mindset with creativity to meet business KPIs

Responsibilities

• Validate machine translations across languages for front page copy and SKUs
• Update the frontpage and manage photo assets and frontpage copy
• Assist with product data including tax codes, warning labels, uploading photos, and tagging
• Collaborate with assortment team to create collections based on trends/events
• Monitor site accuracy and visual quality
• Merchandise collections to promote products/themes
• Create and update trackers/files to analyze products in season

Do you have the ambition of working with products & assortment on a quick-moving eCommerce team? Are you fluent in English and at least two other languages? We are looking for an Assortment Student Assistant for Flying Tiger Copenhagen's eCommerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to ensure that our products are shown online in the best light across all 18 languages that we offer by working cross collaboratively with multiple departments. You will also be responsible for working with the assortment team to help with various tasks such as merchandising, creating collections and updating the frontpage.

The role is based at our Head Office in the center of Copenhagen and has great potential for achieving concrete knowledge and develop new useful skills within a global retailer and a fast-growing eCom business.

This is the job

• Working across departments to validate machine translations across multiple languages for our front page copy and SKUs
• Updating the frontpage—including managing photo assets and owning the frontpage copy process
• Assisting with product data including tax codes, warning labels, uploading photos and tagging process
• Collaborating with the assortment team to create a wide range of collections of products based off current trends and events
• Monitoring the site to ensure that everything is accurate and shown in the best light
• Merchandising collections to promote select products and themes
• Assist with creating and updating relevant trackers and files to analyze products in season

This is you

• You have a creative mindset
• You are fluent in English and at least one other language (preferably Italian, and/or German and/or French and/or Spanish)
• You are interested in working with products and translations
• You don’t need to be familiar with any technical systems, but we work in Shopify, LangShop and Bloomreach
• You are a pro at Excel
• You want to develop your skills on how to combine a data mindset with a creative one in order to create great content that fulfill business KPIs
• You can imagine yourself in a creative environment where we have fun while always keeping the eye on the target
