Job summary

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in biochemistry, biophysics, biotechnology, chemistry, molecular biology or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of working experience; recent graduates welcome.
• Laboratory experience from Master's thesis, research projects or employment with proteins/biochemical assays.
• Understanding of experimental controls, reproducibility and data quality.
• Structured approach to planning and documenting experiments; commitment to safety and integrity.
• Good collaboration skills and clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, perform and evaluate experiments using SPR, fluorescence-based assays and other techniques.
• Contribute to experimental planning and troubleshooting within study plans.
• Analyze and interpret results for molecular design and candidate selection.
• Take ownership of experiments and gain independence.
• Share knowledge with scientists and lab technicians to improve team practices.
