Job summary
Novo Nordisk in the Copenhagen area is seeking a Laboratory Technician for Development ADME. You will generate analytical data to reveal ADME properties of drug candidates using LC-MS, supporting safety evaluations and regulatory submissions.
You will contribute to developing workflows, maintain LC-MS equipment, and work closely with scientists and technicians in a collaborative, open environment.
Qualifications
- Education as a Laboratory Technician
- Hands-on LC-MS experience
- Biological matrices sample preparation experience
- Ability to maintain and troubleshoot LC-MS instrumentation
- Interest in digitalisation and automation of workflows
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Open, flexible and solution-oriented mindset
- Balance hands-on lab work with technical problem-solving and teamwork
- Experience in bioanalysis, drug metabolism or pharmaceutical development is valued
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct LC-MS‑based analyses of drug candidates in biological matrices
- Perform sample preparation and support ADME studies
- Process analytical data and interpret results with scientists
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot LC-MS instrumentation
- Develop and optimise analytical workflows and documentation
- Participate in digitalisation and automation initiatives
