Experience in experimental and/or modeling approaches relevant to the position.
Commitment to high-quality teaching and supervision at BSc, MSc, and PhD levels.
Ability to collaborate across disciplines and with industry partners.

Responsibilities

Conduct research, teaching, and innovation in solid-state fermentation for microbial food production.
Develop a teaching portfolio including existing and new courses.
Teach courses in Danish and English; master both languages over time.
Collaborate with industry and other disciplines.
