Klättermusen AB is opening a new store in Copenhagen and is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join from the ground up. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead the shop floor team, and create an outstanding customer experience that reflects the Klättermusen brand.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and performance
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Act as a brand ambassador and share product knowledge with customers
• Drive sales and ensure KPIs are met
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development
• Ensure efficient stock management and operational processes
• Act as Store Manager in their absence
