adidas Taastrup Factory Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and oversight in a standalone store near Ikea Taastrup, with a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. You will lead a diverse team, coach through performance, and ensure brand standards are impeccably executed.

The role emphasizes coaching, KPI ownership, and collaboration with the Store Manager to elevate shopper experiences and operational excellence in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams on the shop floor.
• Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and operations.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

• Fluent in English (local language is a plus).

• Ensure flawless execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and in‑store communication
• Support full store operations: scheduling, staffing, stock flow, and compliance
• Build a strong team spirit, with clear expectations, regular feedback, and growth opportunities
• Partner closely with the Store Manager and Retail teams to share best practices and raise the bar
