Responsibilities

• Lead the management team together with the Store Manager, setting clear priorities and direction for the store.
• Drive sales and commercial performance by analysing results and turning insights into actions.
• Take an active role in leading the entire store, aligning sections to commercial and operational objectives.
• Develop managers and teams through coaching, feedback, and follow-up.
• Create a strong performance culture with accountability and ownership.
• Lead the customer experience with high standards and effective issue resolution.

• Oversee daily store operations, including merchandise flow, stockroom and omnichannel processes.

Assistant Store Manager - Massimo Dutti Copenhagen

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about fashion, people and delivering strong commercial results.

Together with the Store Manager, you will lead the management team and drive the overall performance of the store. You will take an active leadership role across the business, ensuring strong commercial execution, developing our people and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the management team together with the Store Manager, setting clear priorities, expectations and direction for the store.
• Drive sales and commercial performance by analysing results, identifying opportunities and turning them into clear actions.
• Take an active role in leading the entire store, ensuring all sections work towards common commercial and operational objectives.
• Develop managers and teams through coaching, regular feedback, recognition, training and clear follow-up.
• Create a strong performance culture where managers take ownership, make decisions and deliver results.
• Lead the customer experience, ensuring consistently high standards and effective resolution of incidents.
• Drive product and commercial standards across all sections, ensuring the store reflects the Massimo Dutti image and commercial strategy.
• Lead and coordinate daily store operations, including merchandise flow, stockroom organisation, omnichannel processes and operational routines.
• Manage workforce planning together with the Store Manager, including allocation of hours, scheduling and coverage according to sales and operational needs.
• Drive productivity and efficiency, ensuring people and resources are organised according to business priorities and workload.
• Identify and develop future talent, building a strong succession plan for the store.
• Lead the implementation of new projects, processes and operational updates across the store.
• Take ownership of stock-loss prevention, identifying risks and ensuring action plans are implemented and followed up.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and workplace standards.
