• Executing operations at customer interaction points (cash desk, fitting rooms, merchandise pickup).
• Ensuring store image, tidiness, and visual standards are maintained.
• Ensuring efficient replenishment for the products.
• Supporting merchandise delivery when needed.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales targets.
• Communicating openly and professionally with colleagues and managers.
• Helping to control shrinkage.
• Complying with occupational risk prevention, health, and safety standards.
