Job summary

Pandora sucht im Store in Kopenhagen eine motivierte Verkäuferin/Verkäufer zur Verstärkung des Teams. Du bist verantwortlich für exzellenten Kundenservice, Beratung beim Schmuckkauf und das Schaffen unvergesslicher Einkaufserlebnisse.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören Beratung, Verkaufsplanung im Hintergrund, Merchandising-Kenntnisse von Vorteil und eine freundliche, serviceorientierte Haltung. Gute Englischkenntnisse, Erfahrung im Einzelhandel wünschenswert. Weiterbildungen werden gefördert.

Qualifications

• Serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln.
• Hohe Kreativität, Initiative und Engagement.
• Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
• Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position.
• Einzelhandelserfahrung.
• Kenntnisse im Visual Merchandising vorteilhaft.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kennzahlen ist willkommen.
• Englische Sprachkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Kunden beim Schmuckkauf unterstützen und individuelles Styling betonen.
• Für unvergessliche Einkaufserlebnisse sorgen und Kundenbindung fördern.
• Im Verkauf, in der Beratung oder im Hintergrund planen und dafür sorgen, dass sich Kunden wohlfühlen.
