Pandora @ Potomac Mills Outlet is seeking a Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) to deliver a world-class shopping experience and help drive store sales. You will share product knowledge, engage fans, and support operations during peak hours, including evenings and weekends.

A flexible schedule, strong communication, and passion for the brand are essential to create memorable customer moments. Compensation ranges from $14.60 to $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

About The Team

The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class

experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it

matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery giving a

voice to people’s loves.

• Please note, this job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon submittal of the

application.

• Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or

product launches.

• Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work
• Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

$14.60 -$18.25 commensurate with experience
