BIMCO is seeking an Assistant Manager, IT Support & Operations to maintain secure, reliable IT services for a global workforce. You will manage Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, while guiding digital transformation initiatives across time zones.
Collaborate with IT leadership, support onboarding/offboarding, and ensure endpoint and network security. This role requires strong service focus and initiative, in a dynamic international environment.

At BIMCO, technology plays a vital role in supporting our global workforce, members, and business operations. As Assistant Manager, IT Support & Operations, you will be a key contributor to maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient IT services that enable colleagues across different time zones to work effectively every day. You will help ensure the smooth operation of our Microsoft 365, cloud and physical infrastructure, and endpoint environments while supporting our ongoing digital transformation initiatives. Working closely with the IT leadership team, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on service quality, security, and operational excellence across the organisation.
