Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a data centre electrical scope in Denmark. You will manage safety, quality and schedule while coordinating subcontractors and site teams to achieve programme targets.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving and a track record of delivering complex live projects in collaboration with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience as Construction Manager or senior site leader on large projects.
• Safety training (e.g. CSCS/equivalent) and strong HSE awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site-based construction activities with focus on safety and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct site labour to hit programme targets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specs, and industry standards.
