Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related scientific/technical field.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated production environment, preferably pharmaceutical.

• Proactive, collaborative approach with operators and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive daily support to production through shop‑floor presence and handovers.
• Collaborate with operators to identify and solve production challenges using systematic problem solving.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain batch documentation for filling and VPA and support batch review.
• Contribute to updating SOPs and drive continuous improvement for line efficiency.
