Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field, at least 5 years of project management experience, and strong knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion

• Coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration
• Review and approve project designs and plans
• Ensure that all projects comply with building codes and regulations
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
• Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients, management and other relevant parties
