MapleGroves in Horsens, Denmark is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to lead a team of architects in the design and construction of diverse projects. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality standards while guiding junior staff and integrating new technologies.

The role demands strong leadership, deep knowledge of building codes, and proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM tools, and Adobe Creative Suite. This is a full-time on-site position with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience as Architecture Manager or similar in construction.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors and team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Denmark or other Scandinavian countries
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles
• Familiarity with BIM software
• Fluency in Danish or another Scandinavian language

Salary 1600$

Contract Type Full-time 40 hours per week
