PrimeGlobal is looking for a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join their team in the Faroe Islands. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing architectural plans while ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and functionality standards.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit, and strong communication skills. The position offers a salary of $1500 per month with accommodation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD software.
• In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Danish or Faroese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and models based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to design innovative and efficient building solutions.
• Conduct site visits to gather information, assess project progress, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Analyze building codes, regulations, and zoning restrictions to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Utilize computer-aided design software to create 2D and 3D models of building structures.
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects.
• Review project plans for accuracy, completeness, feasibility, and practicality.
