Job summary

We expect 5–7 years of project-management experience, fluency in German and English, and strong architectural and technical understanding. Proficiency with Revit/BIM, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

About the Position

For our Berlin office we are seeking experienced architects to lead challenging projects in Germany, particularly in office, administrative, cultural, research and education buildings. You will join a multidisciplinary team that values design excellence, holistic thinking and the transformation of creative ideas into compelling solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex construction projects from conception to completion, maintaining close coordination with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
  • Integrate design, technical, economic and organisational aspects to deliver high‑quality plans and solutions.
  • Manage budgets, deadlines and processes while ensuring adherence to project standards and requirements.
  • Maintain communications with clients, colleagues and specialist planners in a confident, professional and solution‑oriented manner.
