You have at least seven years of professional experience in German-speaking countries, are familiar with HOAI, DIN and ASR, and have strong BIM skills with Revit. Proficiency in German and English is required, and you bring a collaborative, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• At least seven years’ professional experience in German-speaking countries.
• Familiar with HOAI, DIN, ASR and other relevant regulations.
• Experience in service phases 2–5, as well as strong technical knowledge of detailed and construction planning.
• Familiar with sustainability assessment systems and certifications such as DGNB, LEED or similar.
• Good command of German and English; experience with BIM and proficiency in Revit.
