Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Appointed Person to join a major data centre project in Europe, based in Denmark. The role focuses on electrical energisation, testing and commissioning, permits, LOTO and electrical safety—not a design position.

You will support safe energisation and commissioning of electrical systems, coordinating with SAP/AP teams, contractors and vendors on site in Denmark, with daily progress meetings and sign-offs.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical construction / commissioning experience.
• Experience as Electrical AP / Authorized Person, or SAP/AP environment.
• Experience with energisation and electrical isolation.
• Strong understanding of permits and LOTO.
• LV/MV and switchgear experience.
• Data centre / mission-critical experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing electrical permits and energised work
• Implementing Electrical Safe Systems of Work
• Controlling LOTO / isolation procedures
• Supporting LV system energisation and start-up
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and switchgear topology
• Coordinating and witnessing testing & commissioning
• Working with specialist T&C contractors on commissioning sequences
• Liaising with BMS / EMS / SCADA teams during handover
• Ensuring testing, documentation and sign-offs are completed correctly
• Making sure test equipment is available and calibrated
• Supporting daily commissioning and progress meetings

I'm currently looking for an experienced Electrical Appointed Person to join a major engineering project in Europe.

If your background is in electrical energisation, testing & commissioning, permits, LOTO and electrical safety, this could be a great opportunity.

This is not a design role.

You'll be responsible for helping control the safe energisation and commissioning of electrical systems, working alongside the SAP, commissioning teams, contractors and specialist vendors.

What you'll be doing:
