Job summary

SimCorp A/S in Copenhagen and Warsaw seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Applications to own strategy, governance, and the health of Workday and Salesforce. Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise applications
• 5+ years of people management
• Governance models for enterprise platforms in global/regulated environments
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration architectures
• Experience managing SaaS vendors, licensing, and partnerships
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001 security frameworks
• Effective stakeholder management and executive/technical communication
• Workday and/or Salesforce certifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Workday and Salesforce, aligned with business priorities
• Establish and chair platform governance forums with key stakeholders
• Ensure stability, performance, security, and availability of Workday and Salesforce with release management and monitoring
• Oversee end-to-end integration landscape across Workday, Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA
• Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers
• Own platform security and access governance, including role design and access reviews
• Collaborate with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit to ensure GDPR and regulatory adherence
