Job summary

Terma A/S in Denmark is seeking an Advanced Systems Engineer to contribute to the design and development of complex air-domain systems within a European defense project.

You will apply model-based systems engineering to support architecture, requirements, and mission-level objectives, and to analyze performance with multidisciplinary teams in a research‑oriented environment. The role offers flexible hours and remote work up to two days weekly.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at professional level and strong communication skills.
• Strong foundation in analytical and quantitative disciplines.
• MBSE exposure or interest is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support system definition and architecture including requirements development and design.
• Contribute to integration and coordination across components and domains.
• Perform analysis, modeling, and scenario-based evaluation of system behavior.
• Develop and maintain models and technical documentation.
• Participate in design reviews, workshops, and cross‑team collaboration.
