Job summary

SAS Cargo is seeking a driven professional to join the Strategic Business Development team at the Copenhagen HQ. You will shape the future of operations, drive development projects, and ensure compliance with industry standards and customs programs. Some remote work may be possible by agreement with your manager.

You will help implement RPA/AI initiatives, support BI reporting, and collaborate with operations to enable sustainable growth across SAS Cargo’s multi-market network.

Qualifications

• Required: strong knowledge of the cargo industry and air cargo end-to-end process, systems landscape and customs programs (ICS2/ACAS).
• Preferred: strong project management skills to drive end-to-end development through projects.
• Your strengths include driving continuous improvement, analytical mindset and effective change management.

Responsibilities

• Together with our operations department, recognize improvement opportunities and convert prioritized areas into development projects.
• Follow changes in industry standards (e.g. IATA) and customs programs and drive required change into practice.
• Drive Robotic Process Automation /Artificial Intelligence (RPA/AI) initiatives to increase efficiency of operations.
• Manage the relationship with an external operations support provider.
• Drive a data driven culture within operations and support BI development by consolidating reporting demand.
• In addition to operations, you might be assigned to drive development initiatives under other SAS Cargo departments.
