Job summary

Terma Group in Denmark is seeking an AI Specialist to drive AI use-case discovery, identify opportunities, and translate business needs into technical solutions across Terma. You will lead AI enablement, change management and collaborate with a team of data engineers to implement scalable, responsible AI in defense and aerospace contexts.

Fluency in English is required; Danish is advantageous. A degree in CS/DS/Math/Engineering and experience with AI tools and use-case development are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in writing and speaking; Danish is an advantage.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering or similar field.
• Solid understanding of AI capabilities, especially generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Experience with Use Case development and AI tools / ecosystems.

Your role in our team

As our new AI Specialist, you will have a crucial role in driving AI and use case discovery to identify, gather and prioritize AI Use Cases across business units.

You will act as an AI enablement lead, change manager and technical enabler bridging business and technology.

You will be a part of a team consisting of 4 data engineers and a Master Data Specialst that focus on data quality, integrations and deliverables across Terma. Our team is characterized by close collaboration – also with the rest of IT as well as our biggest stakeholders across Terma.

As we face an ever-changing reality, change management, stakeholder management, and prioritization of initiatives are important to thrive in this role as well as your strong ability to translate business needs into technical opportunities.

Your key responsibilities include a diverse set of assignments and may include:

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering or a similar field of study
• Solid understanding of AI capabilities, especially generative AI and LLM-based solutions
• Experience with AI tools and ecosystems
• Experience with Use Case development
