Job summary

Velux Residential is seeking a Lead Finance Business Partner to support the Strategy & Sales Development organisation. You will become part of the Global Finance team, acting as the dedicated finance sparring partner to the EVP for Strategy & Sales Development and the SSD Leadership Team.

You will lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, and target-setting, ensuring robust assumptions and high-quality financial plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in finance roles within industrial, manufacturing, or complex international organisations.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, including partnering with senior leaders.
• Solid digital capabilities, including SAP, Excel, and BI reporting tools, preferably Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, forecasting, budgeting and target-setting processes with robust assumptions.
• Translate financial, operational, and strategic insights into actionable recommendations.
• Drive strategic decision-making through financial analysis, benchmarking, and business case development.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks in collaboration with Data & Analytics teams.
