Knowit Denmark is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to shape scalable architectures for client digital platforms. You will connect business needs with technical possibilities, guiding front-end and back-end decisions and integrating AI responsibly.

The role involves involvement from early project stages through implementation and ongoing development. You will work with project managers, designers, UX professionals, developers and clients to ensure robust, maintainable solutions that evolve

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in web development or solution architecture
• Hands-on experience across backend and frontend technologies in common languages
• Experience with CI/CD and hosting models
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools and governance
• Ability to translate business requirements into architectural decisions and practical plans

Responsibilities

• Shape the overall architecture for new and existing digital platforms
• Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
• Make well-founded decisions about platforms, technologies and integrations
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions across backend and frontend
• Define how content platforms, APIs, AI services and third-party systems work together
• Assess where AI adds value and where a simpler approach serves the client
• Drive responsible use of AI-assisted development, including guardrails and governance
• Identify technical risks, dependencies and trade-offs early, including data privacy and compliance
• Contribute to technical estimates, workshops and client discussions
• Support high-quality delivery through coding standards and documentation
• Stay curious about new technologies and bring relevant ideas into projects
