Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking an AI Search Specialist to lead cross‑regional optimization of AI-powered search and related platforms. You will transform complex performance data into automated insights, scalable workflows and clear recommendations for markets to act faster.

You will build dashboards, analyse GEO performance, enhance crawlability and schema, and develop AI agents for content briefs and reporting. This role requires collaboration with global teams and external platform providers to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
5–8 years in SEO, GEO, AEO, AI search analytics or digital performance optimisation.
Hands-on experience with AI visibility dashboards, prompt datasets, citation data and LLM metrics.
Experience building or using AI agents and automation workflows professionally.
Coding ability in Python, SQL, JavaScript or similar.
Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, structured data, schema markup and CMS analytics.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain AI search dashboards tracking visibility, share of voice and ranking.
Analyse GEO performance across prompt clusters and third-party citations.
Improve discoverability through crawlability, metadata, schema and internal linking.
Develop scalable AI agents and automation workflows for insights and reporting.
Connect data sources via programming and APIs to speed up reporting.
