Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a highly motivated HPC / AI Infrastructure / Configuration Service Delivery Engineer to support deployment, validation, and operational excellence across large-scale AI and HPC environments. You will drive incident response, runbooks, and continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering and operations teams.

The role emphasizes service delivery, platform reliability, and proactive problem-solving in a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, systems engineering, or platform operations.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management, provisioning, and deployment processes.
• Experience supporting Linux and distributed computing environments.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, HPC clusters, GPU-based systems, or large-scale compute environments.
• Understanding of networking, storage, and data center infrastructure fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, validation, and operational support activities for AI and HPC environments.
• Ensure infrastructure consistency, compliance, and operational readiness across large-scale deployments.
• Drive incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
• Maintain operational runbooks, standards, and configuration management processes.
• Monitor cluster health, configuration status, capacity, and service performance.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and deployment teams to improve service reliability and efficiency.
• Implement monitoring, logging, telemetry, and operational analytics capabilities.
• Contribute to automation and continuous service improvement initiatives.
