Job summary

Novo seeks a Security Architect focused on AI to enable secure adoption of AI across the organisation. You will shape a new capability, partnering with AI, data, cloud and product teams to translate complex security needs into practical controls for scalable AI solutions.

You will work in Cyber Risk & Resilience to define guardrails, assess risks and ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations while advancing secure innovation across global healthcare initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or practical experience in information security or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in information security, technology risk or security architecture, or 1+ years in AI/ML security.
• Experience in AI/ML systems, cloud platforms, data protection or threat modelling.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI and generative AI solutions across their lifecycle (models, data, prompts, agents, APIs).
• Apply AI threat-modelling to risks like prompt injection, data leakage and model poisoning.
• Define secure architecture patterns and guardrails with AI, data, cloud and app teams.
• Perform modular risk assessments of AI and cloud architectures and data flows.
• Refine security requirements and review methods for evolving AI tech.
• Translate EU AI Act and NIS2 into actionable requirements with Legal and Privacy teams.
