You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design roadmaps, demonstrate capabilities, and deliver data-driven customer experiences for Small and Medium Business customers.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Danish.
• Proven experience in Solution Engineering, Digital Marketing, or Customer Success with Salesforce technology or technical consulting.
• Strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions, including Data360 and customer data platforms.
• Ability to blend deal making, deal closing, and driving ongoing value with a data + AI lens.

Responsibilities

• Take on complex business challenges, using research and business assessment to define problems, generate ideas, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable next steps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions and roadmaps for Agentforce Marketing and Data360.
• Showcase Agentforce Marketing and Data360 through demonstrations and rapid prototyping, delivering executive-level presentations.
• Construct future-state customer journey strategies and long-term technology roadmaps with clients, discovery, analysis, and activation recommendations.
