Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Solution Engineer Specialist to join our team in Dublin, supporting Small and Medium Business customers.

This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing strategy and technology, acting as a trusted advisor who architects unified data strategies using Data360 to power personalized customer engagement across the full digital marketing portfolio, spanning Agentforce Marketing Solutions for AI-driven, agentic customer communications.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Danish.
• You have proven experience in a role such as Solution Engineering, Digital Marketing, or Customer Success with Salesforce technology or technical consulting, with a strong focus on marketing technology and customer engagement solutions.
• You have a strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions, including Data 360 and customer data platforms.
• You are “high-impact” minded blending Deal Making, Deal Closing, and Driving Ongoing Value — following clients through creating, activating, using, and expanding solutions, with a strategic data + AI lens
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuasively present complex technical and data-centric concepts to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-level executives.
• You have proven ability to develop and articulate a strategic vision for using marketing and data technologies to drive business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define problems and opportunities using research and business assessment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions and customer roadmaps.
• Showcase Agentforce Marketing and Data360 through demonstrations and rapid prototyping, including executive-level presentations.
• Construct future-state customer journey strategies and long-term technology roadmaps with partners.
