Job summary

IMPACT Commerce invites a student to join the Strategy & Growth team as an Agentic Marketing Assistant. You will explore how AI can redesign loyalty, CRM and Martech processes, working on two connected worlds: loyalty concept craft and agentic marketing workflows.

The role is part-time (15 hours/week) with growth potential and mentorship from experienced consultants. You will learn to map CRM journeys, design segmentation rules, and draft automation instructions while gaining hands-on exposure

Qualifications

• Experience in Martech, Marketing or Data fields.
• Willing to learn AI-powered workflows and agentic marketing.
• Excellent English written and verbal skills.
• Familiarity with analytical tools is a plus.
• Interest in N8N, Make and prompt engineering a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

• Support building loyalty concepts and personalization tactics.
• Create customer journey maps and channel flow schematics.
• Assist data collection, segmentation, and insights across CRM/CDP.
• Support workshops, client presentations and market research.
• Map current workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Help structure data, segmentation logic and lifecycle rules.
• Draft guidance for CRM automation agents and guardrails.
• Track agent output and flag anomalies for human review.
• Contribute to governance models for AI-driven CRM journeys.
