Job summary

Maersk is expanding its software and data platforms to enable AI-driven decision-making across the enterprise. You will design, build, and scale data and AI-powered applications with a strong emphasis on backend, data engineering, and platform development.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, including APIs, data pipelines, and integration across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems. You will work with Product, Data, Platform, and AI teams in a hybrid environment in Denmark.

Qualifications

• BE or BTech in Computer Science or engineering.
• 2–5 years of software/data engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with SQL and ETL processes.
• Understanding of APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered and agentic AI applications.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and data products.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs for AI/data apps.
• Collaborate with Product/Data/Platform/AI teams on end-to-end delivery.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and production readiness.
