Job summary

Autoflows is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to build and improve conversational agents used across automotive dealerships in Europe. You will deploy, debug and scale agents across voice and messaging channels, connecting with DMS, CRM and OEM data to turn after‑sales conversations into automated workflows.

Join a small AI Delivery team, work closely with the AI Product Lead and own production implementations, while shaping tooling to accelerate deployments and cross-language support.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI APIs.
Strong understanding of prompting and model behaviour.
Experience debugging AI or software systems.
Ability to reason through ambiguous technical problems.
Comfort working without a finished specification.
Ability to learn unfamiliar platforms and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

Build, test, deploy, monitor, debug and improve conversational agents across voice, chat, SMS and WhatsApp.
Own production agent deployments as dealership clients onboard and adapt agents to different processes, languages and markets.
Diagnose live issues such as model failures and broken workflows; implement fixes and improvements.
Work with DMS, CRM and dealership systems; troubleshoot integrations for data and bookings.
Develop tooling and systems to deploy, operate and maintain agents at scale.
