Job summary

The RiskPoint Group is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to coordinate work across teams and stakeholders from our Copenhagen office. You will establish a clear delivery rhythm, manage dependencies, risks, and decisions, and support agile ways of working with Product Owners and teams.

You will drive planning sessions, maintain milestones, and facilitate continuous delivery improvements while reporting to the Programme Manager in Copenhagen. Travel domestically/internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional experience in agile delivery or related roles.
• Experience turning priorities into structured execution and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day delivery coordination across multiple teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Turn priorities into clear, realistic delivery plans
• Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and other delivery meetings
• Create and maintain a transparent delivery rhythm with milestones and follow-ups
• Identify dependencies and resolve blockers before they affect delivery
• Maintain visibility of progress, risks, issues, decisions, and escalations
• Coordinate release and implementation activities including readiness and approvals
• Promote practical agile methods over rigid frameworks
• Support continuous improvement of delivery practices and governance
• Provide concise status updates to stakeholders
• Build delivery culture based on ownership and transparency
