Twoday is seeking a hands-on delivery lead to coordinate complex IT deliveries between business stakeholders and technical teams in Copenhagen. You will join Twoday’s Digital Engineering team on a permanent basis, starting with a public-sector customer, and you will align priorities, plan milestones, and ensure delivery stays on track.

• Experience coordinating complex IT deliveries between business and technical teams.
• Background in technical project management, delivery management, or Scrum Master roles.
• Understanding of software development life cycle from requirements to production.
• Strong communication, judgement, and accountability.
• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) and professional English.
• Experience with public sector governance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate technical deliveries, milestones, dependencies and follow-up across teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, helping remove obstacles and supporting effective collaboration.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritisation, epics, user stories and refinement.
• Planning and coordinating test activities, following up on defects and helping ensure delivery quality.
• Working with architects and developers to clarify technical dependencies and their implications for delivery.
• Coordinating security and compliance requirements, documentation, activities and follow-up with relevant specialists.
• Coordinating releases, operational issues and transitions from development into operation.
• Maintaining an annual schedule of recurring activities, including supplier oversight, security reviews, releases and testing.
• Keeping the customer, business stakeholders and Twoday informed, and supporting the customer’s external communication when needed.
