Job summary

Twoday is seeking a Delivery Lead for a permanent on-site position in Copenhagen. You will take overall responsibility for delivery commitments within a multi-supplier environment, coordinating consultants and ensuring clear ownership, risk management, and successful delivery.

The role focuses on leadership and governance rather than hands-on coding, with ongoing collaboration across software development, architecture, DevOps and testing teams. Fluency in Danish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery leadership for external IT suppliers to public-sector customers.
• Experience managing complex software development deliveries across multiple teams.
• Experience with multi-supplier collaboration and governance.
• Strong understanding of agile software development and delivery processes.
• Experience managing risks, resources, dependencies and escalations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Danish fluency (spoken and written) and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for contractual commitments, delivery quality and operational performance.
• Act as the primary contact for the customer and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate consultants, teams and dependencies across multiple suppliers.
• Manage planning, staffing, risks, escalations and delivery reporting.
• Lead the transition from the incumbent supplier and ensure operational readiness.
• Participate in steering committees and other governance forums.
• Establish effective collaboration, clear ownership and continuous improvement.
