Job summary

Trackunit is seeking an Agentic Engineering Experience Manager to own the mission with a DevEx team, shaping AI adoption across Trackunit's distributed engineering organization. You will define and establish the ADLC governance to ensure agentic work is accurate, auditable, secure, and continuously improving.

You will build the enablement layer—an agentic development network, onboarding programs, and close collaboration with engineering teams through communities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in developer experience, engineering enablement, or platform engineering.
• Working understanding of DORA research and how to improve software delivery performance.
• Curiosity about Agentic Development Lifecycle via prompt governance and LLM observability.
• Ability to create practical guidance that developers actually use.
• Comfort at the intersection of developer experience and information security.
• Experience building adoption through communities of practice and training.
• A metrics-first mindset with data-driven decisions focused on outcomes.
