Job summary

Trackunit is seeking an Agentic Engineering Experience Manager to own the mission with a DevEx team, building governance and the Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC) to scale AI across our distributed engineering org.

You will lead the enablement layer, onboarding programs, and partner closely with security and engineering leadership to drive outcomes, not activity, in a flexible hybrid setup across Denmark.

Qualifications

• Experience leading developer experience or platform engineering teams.
• Understanding of DORA delivery performance concepts.
• Interest in Agentic Development Lifecycle and governance.
• Ability to create developer guidance that is actually used.
• Comfort with security in AI-enabled development.
• Metrics-driven with focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevEx team to define and implement ADLC and governance.
• Build enablement layer and onboarding programs.
