Job summary

Trackunit A/S is seeking an Agentic Engineering Experience Manager to lead a DevEx-focused team and own the governance that scales AI across our distributed engineering groups. You will drive the Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC), onboarding, and enablement programs while partnering with security and engineering leadership to deliver outcomes over activity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading developer experience, engineering enablement, or platform engineering in a cloud-native environment.
• Working understanding of DORA research and how to improve software delivery performance in practice.
• Genuine curiosity about Agentic Development Lifecycle via prompt governance and LLM observability.
• Ability to create guidance that developers actually use.

Responsibilities

• Lead a focused team at the intersection of developer experience, engineering enablement, and information security.
• Shape how fast Trackunit ships and how securely AI agentic development scales.
• Develop and govern the Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC) and enablement layer for the organization.
• Partner with engineering leaders to drive outcomes through people, processes and metrics.
• Foster adoption through communities of practice, training and golden paths.
