Job summary

Salesforce in Denmark is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will join a delivery team and partner with a Deployment Strategist to ship production-ready solutions from day one.

The role requires 3+ years of software engineering, a CS degree, and prior customer-facing delivery experience; you will work on full-stack deployments, data pipelines, and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience is required.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and experiences in production environments.
• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, integration with customer systems.
• Own components end-to-end from architecture to deployment and observability.
• Build data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
• Create agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting for deployment health.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs moving to deployable stages quickly.
• Collaborate with customers and partners, sharing best practices and enablement.
• Provide feedback to product teams by surfacing platform gaps and field insights.
• Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into agentic solutions.
