Terma Group is seeking an Advanced Platform Engineer to secure reliable, scalable, and efficient integration, test, and delivery platforms. You will work across Linux, on-prem, and cloud-like environments to enable development teams to validate complex systems.

You will contribute to internal development and customer deliveries, share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and help steer best practices. The role emphasizes a curious, structured, and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving

Qualifikationen

• Help guide technical direction and best practices across projects and take part in planning and reviews.

As our new Advanced Platform Engineer, you will play a central role in ensuring integration, test, and delivery platforms operate reliably and efficiently. You will work at the intersection of these domains, contributing both to internal development activities and to customer deliveries. Your work enables development teams to integrate and test complex systems while ensuring environments are built, configured, and verified to a high standard.

Bring your expertise into play

You may come from a software, infrastructure, or system integration background. What matters most is your passion for building robust, automated, and scalable systems. Experience with self-managed, on-premises environments is an advantage.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we imagine that you bring some of the following qualifications:

• Strong experience working with Linux environments (e.g., Red Hat or SUSE)
• Hands-on experience with Configuration as Code tools such as Ansible
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, system provisioning, and security considerations in automated environments
• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring tools, mixed Linux/Windows environments, hardware integration, or related technologies is an advantage but not a requirement
