Job summary

Kamstrup is looking for an Accounting Assistant to ensure accurate accounting across our international entities. You will own AR activities, collaborate with colleagues, and support financial operations and reporting from our Denmark headquarters in Stilling.

You will handle reconciliations, master data maintenance, and month-end close, while contributing to process improvements. English fluency is essential in this international role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations and AR processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Structured and organized, able to maintain an overview in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset to challenge processes and identify improvements.
• Team player who values collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Handle AR activities for Spain and Austria entities, including bank reconciliations and customer follow-up.
• Maintain customer master data, onboarding, updates and deactivation in CRM and systems.
• Participate in month-end closing and annual financial statements within assigned areas.
• Create, process and follow up on credit notes.
• Support various ad hoc accounting and finance-related tasks.
