CHANEL is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join the BENSCA Finance team in Copenhagen. You will process supplier invoices, manage payments, and maintain vendor data, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and VAT regulations across the region.

You will work with D365 and Coupa, support audits, and drive process improvements within a cross-border finance environment. The role requires 3+ years in AP and fluency in Danish and English.

Formación

• 3+ years in a similar accounts payable role.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and compliance.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems (D365, Coupa).
• Accurate, proactive, service-minded and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Review, validate, and process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Prepare and execute payment runs and monitor due dates.
• Reconcile supplier statements and manage vendor master data.
• Support month-end and year-end closing for accounts payable.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal controls.
