Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper coding and approvals.
• Manage vendor relationships, including handling queries and resolving discrepancies.
• Perform and maintain intercompany reconciliations, ensuring balances are accurate and differences are resolved.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with controls and policies.
