Job summary

Agilent Technologies Inc. in Glostrup, Denmark, provides a role within BCP of Finished Production. The team supports daily operations including troubleshooting and NCR handling to ensure high-quality buffers and antibody dilutions in a GMP environment.

The candidate will drive ECO/ECR changes, CAPA management, and continuous improvements, collaborating with QA, regulatory affairs, R&D, warehouse, sourcing and logistics. Travel and audits may be involved as part of the role.

Qualifications

• MSc in engineering, biology or similar education within chemistry or biotechnology.
• Preferably 2-3 years’ experience from a similar position.
• Experience with GMP and regulated production environments.
• LEAN/CI competences.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation incl. troubleshooting and NCR-handling.
• Handling procedure changes (ECO, ECR) and CAPAs.
• Optimization and Continuous improvements on processes, equipment, and our quality system.
• Participation in projects with different stakeholders in Agilent, working closely together with the production areas, QA, regulatory affairs, R&D, Warehouse, Sourcing and Logistics.
• Process and test method validations.
• Participation in both internal and external audits.
