Job summary

Autorola Group’s Marketplace supports hundreds of employees and a global online vehicle auction platform. As a System Supporter you’ll handle 2nd level support, troubleshoot system issues and work with development teams to resolve them efficiently.

You’ll build and maintain knowledge bases, develop manuals, and extract data for reporting. The role emphasizes collaboration across countries and time zones to support our international Marketplace operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in system or application support.
• Strong interest in IT systems, troubleshooting and data.
• Ability to analyze issue descriptions and identify practical solutions.
• Structured, methodical approach to handling support cases.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Proactive mindset and interest in improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level support for Marketplace administration and front-end systems.
• Analyse and troubleshoot system-related issues and identify solutions.
• Investigate, describe and document more complex cases before handing over to 3rd level support.
• Work with development and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving support processes.
• Develop and maintain support procedures and internal documentation.
• Extract data and prepare statistics and reports to support Marketplace.
• Expand internal knowledge base for colleagues.
• Share knowledge to foster a strong support culture.
• Collaborate across countries and time zones to support international operations.
