Head of Production as the content operation becomes its own unit.

A closer who breaks every record in the company has no more claim to a Head of Sales seat than someone who has never made a cold call, because the two jobs measure different things. Travel 3 workshops a year in 3 different countries: Asia, United States, Europe. Company-funded. Required for this role. Constant. The tour calendar is your calendar.

Compensation Base plus per-event completion bonus, travel covered. Discussed on the call.

This role is timezone-flexible. Work when you work best.

Travel

Travel is a real possibility in most roles and a requirement in some. Engineering and certain sales roles differ. It is not a rigid rule today, but it will become one. Travel is covered by the company.

Onboarding may also involve travel at short notice, potentially to the United States or United Kingdom within a couple of weeks of starting.
