Your Profile

• Several years of experience in prototype construction or small series production, ideally in the field of electrical engineering
• Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as an Industrial Supervisor (Master Craftsman) or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in leading and managing teams in a technical environment
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and assembly
• High affinity for quality and processes, coupled with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Confident handling of production plans, testing processes, and the assessment of tolerances in production and assembly
• Experience in the application of ERP systems in production and logistics processes
• Experience in dealing with electric drives, winding technology, or test benches is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the assembly process of electrical machines at the prototype stage
• Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes – from individual part production to the finished prototype
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team as well as personnel planning and development
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs in close cooperation with engineering, production, and quality assurance team
• Further development of processes and standards to increase efficiency in prototype construction
• Technical problem solving and close cooperation with engineering, purchasing, and external partners
• Development and maintenance of structured manufacturing and assembly instructions for reproducible prototype production
