Zusammenfassung

SE3 Labs seeks a hands-on Workplace Manager to serve as the operational backbone across our European offices. You will own admin workflows, logistics, and events, partnering with leadership to ensure teams can work with focus and speed.

You will shape execution functions with the leadership and drive operational excellence in a fast-moving deep-tech environment. You will work closely with Michael (Chief of Staff) and Berk (Founder's Associate) to gain insight into the company’s inner workings

About SE3

SE3 Labs is building Spatial AI by combining 3D computer vision with large language models (LLMs). We believe the ability to reason about and act within physical space is foundational to unlocking the next generation of automation, from construction to smart infrastructure, and ultimately, defense.

Now, we’re building the physical platform to bring Spatial AI to life. That means high-performance, real-world robotic systems (starting with UAVs) and we’re looking for a hands‑on workplace manager who’s ready to own hands‑on operations at SE3.

About the Role

As workplace manager at SE3 Labs, you will be the operational backbone that keeps our fast-moving company running smoothly. You will own core administrative processes across multiple offices and functions (e.g. finance, people operations, workplace operations, procurement), support leadership in day-to-day operations, and ensure that the team can work with focus and speed. You are in charge of building the execution functions with the leadership around the company.

You will work closely with Michael (Chief of Staff) and Berk (Founder's Associate), gaining insight into how a deep‑tech company operates from the inside.

Your Responsibilities

• Own daily administrative workflows: You are in charge of keeping the operational side of the business up and running together with the leadership.

• Coordinate logistics between our Munich office and testing facilities: You ensure smooth operational processes for hardware, equipment, and prototypes delivery.

• Plan and execute team events and offsites: You play a vital organisational part for the team culture by planning and organising the team events. You will build the execution machinery to make it happen.

• Sparrings partner for all departments: We are building an AI-first company, your input on operations across functions serves as valuable starting point to automate and enhance all functions to the max with AI.

• Special operational projects: You make sure that operationally opening new offices runs smoothly across Europe. Furthermore, you support with coordination and logistics of national and international military exercise participations and testing campaigns.

• Unbounded responsibilities: If you see critical things not happening, you take additional responsibility and make sure nothing falls under the table.

Process

1. Intro Call (virtual, 30 minutes with Berk, Founder's Associate): This is our chance to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your background, your motivations, and why you’re interested in SE3 Labs. You’ll also learn more about our mission, the role, and the team.

2. 2nd Interview (virtual, 30 minutes with Michael, Chief of Staff): During this call, we dive a little deeper on the role and our Chief of Staff also wants to get to know you personally

3. Onsite visit: Here, we will go through some responsibilities together as we want to understand how you approach them

4. Dinner/lunch (in person): We would love to get to know you in person and tell you about how we work at SE3.
